Protection shaped around an exceptional home.

Standard home insurance can leave important limits around bespoke buildings and valuable belongings. We help present your risk to specialist insurers and explore a policy designed around the property and the way you use it.

Useful answers before
you get started.

Do I need to file if the property was not rented?+

A non-resident owner may still have a deemed-income obligation for days when an urban property was available for personal use or remained vacant. We review the property and ownership period before confirming the return required.

What happens if I rented the property for only part of the year?+

The year can involve both rental-income reporting and deemed income for the non-rented days. We separate the relevant periods and explain the documentation needed for each.

Can you help if the property has several owners?+

Yes. Each owner’s percentage and residence position must be considered separately. We organise the information owner by owner.

Is the service fully online?+

Yes. The review, document collection and communication are designed to work remotely for clients living outside Spain.

What documents will I normally need?+

Common documents include your NIE, ownership deed, latest IBI receipt or cadastral value, residence details and—where rented—income and expense records. Your final checklist depends on the case.

Can you help protect a high-value home in Spain?+

Yes. We can help you explore specialist home insurance designed around distinctive buildings, valuable contents, art, jewellery and collections. Every proposal is subject to the insurer’s assessment, valuations, policy terms, limits and exclusions.
